I’m a Toyota trained expert in manufacturing operations with over twenty years of experience in a variety of industries, working in the US, Canada, Europe, China and South America. I started my manufacturing career with General Motors / Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems in Moraine, Ohio as a front line supervisor. I then helped to start up Toyota’s first automatic transmission plant in the US in Buffalo, WV (Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia). I spent nearly 7 years learning the Toyota way, then transitioned into operations consulting. I worked as a consultant / project manager / director at Argo, Inc for over 7 years, then moved to Alvarez and Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement division as a director for nearly 7 years.
